Age Groups

What age group am I in? This is answered on the Age Chart page.

The teams from u8 to u19 are segregated by sex; The u5/6 teams are mixed boys and girls. Although in sparsely populated regions girls sometimes play on boys teams, in Region 5, because we have enough players to make full teams, the teams are never mixed (except u5/6).

How do I register?

Appear at the signups which are held from March to May. If you are new to the Region or have not played in the Region in the past two years you must bring your birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport which shows your age.

If you have played in Region 5 in the past two years you do not need any more paperwork. But if you are new to the Region or have not played in the Region in the past two years you must submit a copy of your birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport which shows your age.

Costs

The registration fees are $100 for all age groups.

Boys & Girls born between
Aug 1989 & Aug 2005 can play

The Region will provide you with a soccer kit consisting of a jersey, shorts and socks. This kit is yours to keep. You will have to provide soccer cleats and shin guards. Having your own ball is also quite beneficial.

The fees for spring soccer are $40-$50 per player. As is done for the fall season the Region will provide you with a kit while you will have to provide your own cleats and shin guards.

Can't afford the cost?

The region can sponser a limited number of players. Call the Comissioner (see the Board Of Directors page for his phone numbers).
