The last day to request and receive a full refund for the Fall Season is July 1 of that year. The last day to request and receive a full refund for the Spring season is February 1 of the same year.
To request the refund:
1) email the registrar Toni Lewis at email@example.com
2) send a self addressed (your correct address) stamped envelope to the address below. All refunds will be issued by a region check and therefore allow 10 business days to for the refund to be processed. We issue checks on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. There will be a $50 administrative fee applied to all refunds issued after the stated deadline. There will be no refunds after the first scheduled game of the season.
