Region 5 2025 HI5 Tournament

The AYSO REGION 5 HI5 HOLIDAY CLASSIC is one of the most sought-after tournaments in the AYSO Tournament schedule. We fill-up quickly and for many reasons. Our fields, our location, and the AYSO REGION 5 membership work hard to put on it's biggest fund-raising event of the season.

This tournament date makes optimum use of the Fall season coaches teams, having already finished their season and moving on into both Extra and All-Star tournament gameplay. We have teams arrive here from great distances to engage with Southern California teams that have made outstanding marks for their regions. The best teams come here to compete and play in the sun.

Cost:

$505 for U-14
$480 for U-12
$455 for U-10.
A full refund will be issued if tournament is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. If a team withdraws on or before December 20, 2024 a full refund will be issued. Following this date refunds will only be given if a replacement team is found minus a $50 administrative fee.

$Referee Fees:
$270.00 -fully refundable within 14 business days following the tournament, if referee assignments have been completed and no monetary deductions for infractions such as tardiness, incomplete or wrong uniform, no equipment, unqualified, etc. are assessed. For a referee refund to be considered, each team is to provide a qualified 3-person referee team to cover 3 games during the tournament at the level of the team represented. Intermediate and above referees will be the only officials for u14 games. No refund will be given to a team who does not play all scheduled games and/or does not fulfill the referee requirement.

How to register on this system.
1) Click on the link above
2)Under search teams-fill in any information under team name and click search. It will not find you and then prompt you to create a log in.
3) Create your team-only fill in information with an asterisk. Choose either coach or team manager from the drop down. Click save.
4) Click register
5) Review information on the next page. Add DOB, choose Pacific Time Zone, and cell phone number. Do not fill in adresss information. Click save and continue.
6)Review information and choose preferred division from the drop down menu. Click save and continue.
7)Fill in information on next page. State the number of Tshirts equaling players on the roster/referee/and up to 2 coaches. Only need to fill in where needed. Click save and continue.
8) On the next page is where you can add more coaches and /or team manager. Click save and continue.
9) On the next page list the players and DOB. You must leist at least 7 players for the form to process. Again type a name and click search. More than likely will not find the player and then a box will appear to fill in info. Just need the name/DOB/gender/ and list role as player and time zone of PST. DO NOT ENTER ADDRESS OR OTHER INFORMATION.
10) Repeat the above for each player and then once all done click save and continue
11) Final Step is payment. The button on the left is for credit card and on the right is for check. CC is preferred. If paying by check it must be a region issued check.

Regions from all over the western states come to visit us and compete with each other on our beautiful sports park and enjoy our hospitality
